Refund policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the item.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund.

To request a return, please complete our contact form and include your order number and reason for returning; our team may ask for additional details or photos to help us process your request.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the packaging they were delivered in. Please note that if a product has been used or damaged after delivery, it will not be eligible for a refund. 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
